These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of sentinelt.ai (the “Site”), operated by Sentinelt LLC (“Sentinelt,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and for your own business information. You agree not to: (a) interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system; (c) use automated means to copy substantial parts of the Site; or (d) submit false, unlawful or harmful information through our forms.

2. Our content and research

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, the Sentinelt name and logo, methods descriptions and research publications such as the Sentinelt Cyber Intelligence Brief — are owned by Sentinelt or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Underlying public data remains subject to its original source terms.

You may read, download and share our published research for non-commercial or internal business purposes, and quote short excerpts with attribution (“Source: Sentinelt Cyber Intelligence Brief #001, sentinelt.ai”). You may not resell our content, present it as your own, or remove attribution, without our written permission.

3. Third-party data and links

Our research uses public data from sources such as the NIST National Vulnerability Database, the CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog and FIRST’s Exploit Prediction Scoring System. This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these organizations. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

4. No professional advice; separate agreements for services

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal, security or professional advice for your specific situation. Our paid services are provided only under a separate written agreement, which will govern in case of conflict with these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Public data sources may contain errors or change without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTINELT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Sentinelt harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
