Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 13, 2026
Sentinelt LLC (“Sentinelt,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through sentinelt.ai (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, company, work email, role, company type, area of interest and your message. When you book a call, we collect your name, email address and company. When you email us, we receive the information you include.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the Site and protect it against abuse.
- Website statistics. We may use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and report only aggregate information (for example, number of visits per page). We do not use these statistics to identify you.
2. Cookies and tracking
The Site does not use cookies, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking technologies. Because we do not track you across websites, we do not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you.
- To schedule and hold meetings you request.
- To evaluate, propose and provide our services.
- To keep the Site secure and working, and to prevent spam and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
4. Service providers
We use trusted service providers that process information on our behalf and only for the purposes above: website hosting and form handling (Netlify, Inc.), business email and calendar (Google LLC), and website analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.). These providers are located in the United States. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
5. How long we keep information
We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing business relationship or required by law. You may ask us to delete your information sooner.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to hello@sentinelt.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor requests as required by applicable law.
7. Visitors outside the United States
The Site is operated from the United States and intended for businesses in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be processed in the United States. Where the law of your country requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries or on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), strict security headers and limited access to submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Links to other websites
The Site links to third-party websites (for example, LinkedIn, GitHub and official data sources). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date above shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
